Yes, you may use your Free Daily Vote in support of you and your partner. However, entrants and their respective partners are not permitted to submit votes by donation in support of their own profiles.
Each couple is randomly assigned a group at the beginning of the competition. There are multiple rounds in the competition, and each person is only competing against the others within the same group during each round. We make every effort to ensure that groups contain an equal number of competitors throughout the competition.

Yes! Every vote by donation is a direct donation to AIT, a 501(c)(3) charity. Votes by donation are deductible for federal income tax purposes. AIT will subsequently make grants to Oceana and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank after the winner is announced. Donors will receive a receipt via email.
We have a strict “no refund” policy which voters agree to when they make a donation. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system. As a voter, you are responsible for understanding this upon casting votes for the competitor in the competition.
Facebook verification helps us prevent fraudulent voting activity from bots and automated software and helps keep voting fair for all competitors. Facebook is only used to verify eligibility for the Free Daily Vote, and we do not sell, share, or transfer voter information to third parties.
Colossal Management, LLC runs the America's Favorite Couple competition as part of a fundraising campaign on behalf of AIT, a 501(c)(3) charity.
The grants to Oceana and Los Angeles Regional Food Bank will come from donations generated through votes by donation during the competition. 100% of donations made through the competition will go directly to AIT, which will subsequently grant donation funds (minus competition fees/costs and a nominal percentage (1%) retained by AIT) to the organizations.
Many charities with honorable missions lack the bandwidth to run effective fundraising campaigns year-round. Through this Competition, AIT allows Oceana and Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to spend less time raising funds, and more time focusing on their missions.
