Wyatt and I met because his dad’s friend, Wesley, wouldn’t stop trying to set us up while I was working at Harps. I turned him down every single time. One day I finally said, “Fine, text him.” Wesley was dating my best friend, so he made it happen. Funny enough, the guy I kept saying no to ended up becoming the love of my life. Looking back, I’m so thankful I finally gave in.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s hard to choose just one because we’ve made so many memories together. But if we had to pick, it would be getting through Wyatt’s accident together. It wasn’t the memory we wanted, but it showed us what love really looks like. Through surgeries, recovery, tears, and victories, we never gave up on each other. Watching him take his first steps again reminded us that even the hardest seasons can lead to something beautiful.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning $20,000 would take a huge weight off our shoulders. We’d use it to pay medical expenses from Wyatt’s accident, help with the costs of his prosthetic and future care, and build a little financial stability after such a life-changing year. We’d also love to put some toward a place to call home and start this next chapter with a little less stress and a lot more hope.
