Joyce and I met shortly after I was discharged from active duty in the Navy. One morning my cousin, another friend, and I went to the local restaurant for breakfast. We sat at the counter and this good looking waitress brought us menus. Being a smart ass, I said, Sergant Shriver invited me to the Peace Corp and would she like to go with me, she smiled, and said, YES!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our 25th anniverasary trip to Seoul, Korea and Hong Kong was great, our many trips to Europe that I won were equally awesome, but we both argeed it was all the memories with our children and grandkids that were made at our cabin on Lake Vermilion, Minnesota.
What would you do with $20,000?We talked about winning and decided we'd share it with our children and grandkids taking them to France to see our daughter and her husband who are restarting their bicycle touring business there in 2027, after France shut down for Covid in their first try to start a business in France.
