Many years ago we met through a mutual friend who left us watching basketball. We started talking and realized we had a lot in common. I had a small child at the time and he was so wonderful with my child in that short time. We hadn't eaten and he offered to take us to get something to eat at McDonald's because my friend was in the back talking to someone and completely forgot that we hadn't eaten. Later, he asked my friend for my phone number and the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When my husband proposed to me it was a surprise. He took me to Charleston for my birthday and that evening after we went to dinner, he did a laptop dance for me and presented me with a rose. Inside of the rose was my engagement ring. It was so funny and wonderful at the same time.
What would you do with $20,000?I would give a portion to domestic violence shelters and then we would invest to assist our kids in finishing college.
