We meet the first day of pre-k and instantly had little crushes on each other. Years later when we were in jr high I took the initiative and asked Weston out on our first date. We went to the movies on 11/11/11 to see tower heist of all things and have been inseparable since, knowing after just the 1st date we would eventually marry.

In about 5th grade Weston’s family took the 4 of them plus myself to the local public pool. They had been doing this with various friends of my now husband and brother-in-law all summer. Weston had, all summer, refused to jump from the high diving board but once I was the friend they brought he marched his way over climbed to the top and proceeded to do a back flip off the board without being prompted. All to impress the girl he had had a crush on for 7 years! I was, needless to say, impressed.

This money would be the down payment to buy or first house. Since before we got married on 10/25/25 we have been saving and planning, while living in our cozy apartment, for the home we want and how we would make it happen. This money would be what makes it happen. This home will be in our hometown so we can stay close to our family and so maybe 1 day if we have children they can grow and thrive like we have with all the love and support a community like ours provides.
