Wes came up to me, the new girl on the bus, and introduced himself and told me he was going to marry me one day. We were in 6th grade. I thought he was crazy. We became friends. We both dated other people through junior high and high school. In the summer after 10th grade we decided to date . I was hesitant because I didn’t want to ruin our friendship. We have been together ever since. We were even voted cutest couple in high school. 31 years of dating and still making each other laugh.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have had lots of ups and downs of raising 3 kids, growing up, and building a life together over 27 years of marriage. No matter what we faced we can always laugh. We make each other laugh and we completely enjoy each other’s company.
What would you do with $20,000?We’ve always wanted to visit Italy together. We would most likely take a trip with part of it. We also own a remodeling company so we have a couple of unfinished projects at our own house that we would finish.
