Leah and I were cast in a musical production of Oklahoma in 2019, I was curly and she was Ado Annie. A few months after the show ended we started singing together and formed our duo Velvet Rodeo. We’ve not left each other’s side since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Making the move to Nashville from the coast of North Carolina in a 1964 tour bus that we renovated together the previous year. We had two flat tires on the journey and the second came only 20 miles from KOA in Nashville where we’ve lived for almost 5 years. We laugh about it every time we pass the spot where we were stranded for 5 hours with nothing on the bus to eat but peanut butter and bananas.
What would you do with $20,000?We would definitely use the money to make more music!
