We met at our church over twenty years ago. We quickly became really good friends. We never wanted to risk our friendship and pursue more. After Tina’s divorce and birth of her son, we tried to have a relationship but yet timing was not right. Tony moved away and we lost contact of each other until July of 2024. We both ran into each other at Busch Stadium in St Louis. After a few weeks, we decided to take a leap of faith and traded the safety of friendship for a lifetime partnership.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Tina and her son were going through the turnstiles at Busch Stadium in July 2024. It was Bobblehead night and while Tina and Titus were in line waiting to enter the stadium, she looked up and made eye contact with Tony. They both waved and smiled at each other. Once through the turnstiles, Tina ran into Tony’s arms. Tina’s mom always prayed that “the perfect man would be in her direct path.” Tony and Tina have been inseparable since. God does answer prayer!
What would you do with $20,000?We would like to get married surrounded by our family and friends and take “our” son on a family trip with the $20,000.
