We both were homeless in the same community, both just out of a relationship and we're not looking for anything. I was just abused by my ex and left by police at a bus transit. Tommy recognized me and said come with me I'll keep you safe. For 3 months or so we were just tent mates then on June 24th 2021 he asked me to meet up for lunch, where he was proud he made money for vodka and said " we work well together and think we should give this a try, will you go steady with me?" The rest is history
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There have been so many, we took being homeless and made it an journey. Moving states a few times, traveling the cities of Minnesota. The best memory in our story is finding out I was pregnant with our daughter after doctors told us I couldn't have kids. She was the best blessing and the biggest reason we maintain our soberity. She's brought us closer and taught us the most important life lessons.
What would you do with $20,000?First thing would be to put some aside for our daughters future, whatever that may hold. Next would be to pay off our debt so we can start the process of becoming a home owner. Last thing would be a vacation for us all since we normally can't afford to do that.
