Connect How did your love story begin?

Our story began with a series of almosts. I almost didn't go on the trip where we met, and Deion was invited at the last minute. From day one, there was an undeniable connection, but living in different states kept us from acting on it right away. We stayed close, talked every day, and looked forward to every chance to see each other. When he made my birthday special after everyone else canceled, our friendship became love. Now, 3½ years later, we're moving into our first home together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It's hard for us to choose just one favorite memory because every chapter of our relationship has been special. From getting stuck together for 12 hours waiting for a tow truck before we started dating, to traveling and experiencing life side by side, we've made countless memories. But our favorite has to be the spontaneous trip to North Carolina where we unexpectedly put a deposit on our first home together. It was the moment we knew we weren't just making memories, we were building a future.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would use the $20,000 to help turn our first house into our dream home. Buying our first home together has been one of the biggest milestones in our relationship, and winning would help us create a space filled with love, comfort, and lasting memories. More than anything, it would help us build a strong foundation for our future and the family we hope to grow one day, a happy, healthy home where everyone feels loved and supported.
