A mutual friend brought him into the bar where I was bartending, and we spent hours talking that first night. The connection was instant. He lived a couple of towns away, so we saw each other when we could until a few weeks later, when we shared our first kiss at a friend’s birthday party. From that moment on, we were inseparable. We started dating in 2010 and married since 2014.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s impossible to choose just one favorite memory because every chapter of our life together has been an adventure. From our wedding, where we DIY’d nearly everything on a shoestring budget, to purchasing our home and continuing to tackle renovations with our own hands, we’ve built a life centered on teamwork, creativity, and determination. Whether we’re improving our home, traveling to new places, or gathering friends and family around our table, we’re always creating new memories.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d invest in the two things that matter most to us: our home and our adventures. We’d tackle long-awaited home projects that add value and comfort while setting aside time to explore new places, make memories, and enjoy the life we’ve worked so hard to build together.
