Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began at a Fourth of July pool party through mutual friends. Neither of us knew that one summer day would change the course of our lives forever. What started as a simple introduction quickly grew into late-night conversations, laughter, and a friendship that became the foundation of an incredible love.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory as a couple isn’t one perfect day—it’s realizing we could get through the hardest days together. We have amazing memories from traveling to Hawaii, celebrating birthdays, building our business, and making our lake house a home. But if we had to choose one, it would be the moment we realized we weren’t facing Shannon’s heart failure alone. We learned to celebrate every small victory, hold each other’s hand through uncertainty, and never take a single day for granted.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we won the $20,000, we would use it to finally make our dream of living full-time at Grand Lake a reality. After Shannon’s heart failure diagnosis, we’ve learned how important it is to slow down and prioritize our health, family, and quality of life. Living at the lake would give him a more peaceful lifestyle while allowing us to build the future we’ve worked so hard for together. We would also use the funds to help establish our Williams & Co. Homes design-build business in Grove, Oklahoma.
