By chance. Russ was helping a friend of a friend move. Linda happened to be at the house having wine. We started talking to each other and didn’t stop until Russ had to leave. He didn’t help move much lol. There was an amazing chemistry from the start. Neither of us would have expected it, but this 46 year old full off life woman and a 21 year old shy guy met the person of our dreams that day. We always say, the angels brought us together, and God keeps us together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding day. We did not have a big ceremony. It was just us and Linda’s (adult) kids. But it was still magical. We were married in an old church in the woods outside of Flagstaff Arizona, facing a huge window with the view of San Francisco Peaks. It was the most picturesque little ceremony we have ever seen to this day (we may be a little biased).
What would you do with $20,000?First, we would give a portion of the winnings to a charity associated with helping service members. The rest would go into savings in preparation of Russ retiring from the Army in two years.
