Our love story began when I least expected it. I was a single mom raising two daughters after an abusive marriage, working 80+ hours a week just to survive. We met online, then discovered we lived in the same apartment building. Friendship came first, then love built on trust, kindness, and laughter. Today, 12 years later, he's my best friend, my daughters' dad by choice, and the greatest blessing our family never saw coming.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory is our wedding day. As I married my best friend, he also made a promise to my two daughters. He didn't just become my husband—he chose to become their dad, too. Watching them stand together, knowing they were loved and accepted as his own, is a moment I'll cherish forever. That day wasn't just the start of our marriage; it was the beginning of our family, built on love, trust, and choice.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning $20,000 would change more than our lives—it would help launch the next chapter for our family. We'd use it to help both of our daughters with down payments on their first homes, giving them a strong foundation to build their futures. The rest would help us move to the place we've dreamed of calling home, where we can begin our own next chapter as empty nesters.
