He was in my sister’s wedding yet we didn’t even talk at the wedding! One day, 8 years later, my sister told me she was pregnant. At that moment by divine intervention, he popped into my head and I asked for his phone number. I invited myself to be on his trivia team and the rest is history! After just a few dates I was practicing how to write my future last name. Being with him felt like I had finally found my home.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When I caught Covid while working as a nurse, he took care of me and got sick too. We had to isolate in our room from family and so we just had endless time together. We stayed up one night, all night, binge watching Outlander. It was romantic and nice not having any obligations and we could just care for each other.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it to help fund a round of IVF or to adopt a baby. We would love to share our love with a baby and see our family grow. We’d also love to go to Japan and learn more about Kenji’s heritage.
