John and I met in high school at the ripe age of 16. He asked me out at a high school football game and even though I thought he was a nerd, I thought I’d give him a chance! 😉 he swept me off my feet almost immediately with his kindness and big smile.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?That’s hard to narrow down after 20 years together, but we would say living in Okinawa, Japan. We moved there as newly weds at our first duty assignment, naive and full of life! We learned so much and explored so much as a couple and then welcomed our son into our lives a year later!
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to take a romantic vacation together for the first time since we’ve been together. We got married and then moved to Okinawa and then had a baby so we’ve never had a true romantic getaway with just us. Our son is now graduated and in the military so it’s the perfect time to have some one on one time for the first time in almost 20 years!
