We met at a local 50s diner where I worked and he came in to eat. He noticed me right away and thought, “I need to get to know her.” While there, our manager offered him a job—and he took it because of me. He couldn’t wait for the day we’d work together. He finally struck up a conversation, and I thought he was sweet but didn’t think much of it. Later, he messaged me on Instagram. A year later, we were married.🥹❤️
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Where do I even start? When he pulled over on a night drive just to ask me to dance 🥰 Or when he stopped again just to pick me flowers. Then the moment he got down on one knee and asked me to be his bride… and our wedding day 🥰 But lately, nothing compares to receiving his love letters while he’s away in Marine Corps boot camp. Every memory just makes me love him more.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were given $20,000, we’d probably put it toward the farm we dream of building one day, or use it to pay down the rest of our house. If not, we’d likely invest it and let it grow for our future. And maybe, just maybe, we’d set a little aside for a small getaway once he’s done with boot camp and we’re stationed—because after everything, we’re definitely going to need a little vacation together. 🥹
