Tinder. But only Jana was on tinder. She met up with a tinder match and Amy was friends with the match’s roommate. We hung out several times as a group of 4, until Jana slid into Amy’s Facebook DM’s wanting separate hang out time. We have been together ever since that first solo hang! Together 10 years and married for 5!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Hands down our wedding day. We eloped in 2021 when the world was still a scary, covid riddled place. It was an incredibly romantic and intimate wedding with just us, a chaplain, and our favorite sister cousin (iykyk) as our witness. Our friends organized a drive by parade after our ceremony since we couldn’t all safely celebrate together. We had our first dance in our room at Urban Cowboy, and ate cake with our hands because imagine that- we forgot to bring forks!
What would you do with $20,000?We bought our first house together shortly after getting married and it is a fixer upper for sure. $20k would help us make some much needed upgrades to the “Little Blue Saloon” (our house got this name during Covid when we couldn’t go to the bar so our house turned into the bar- and our house is bright blue 😉)
