Connect How did your love story begin?

John and I have known each other since we were about 15 years old. We always flirted with each other but like teenagers we were too shy to say anything. Fast forward to 2016 when we were 21 years old we realized we still very much liked each other and could see a future together. We got engaged two years ago and have been so excited to continue working towards our dreams together. We hope we will have a big family one day. For now we have 3 beautiful cats, a wonderful home, and lots of love

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory was our first year going to Puerto Rico. We are both Puerto Rican but John refused to get on a flight. At the time he had a fear of heights. My grandfather at the time had cancer and my parents suggested we visit as a last hoorah. John was so strong and supportive in a moment where I didn't know how to feel. It truly brought us together in a way I could never forget. It was one of the best trips. We had quality uninterrupted time and saw each other through different lenses.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000 we would cut down some of our debt I have a car loan thats almost complete and John has a personal loan. After that we would like to make both of our dreams come true and go to Italy. John is an amazing chef at a restaurant called Lucca in Hingham, MA. It would be an amazing experience for both of us, hopefully it'll expand John's knowledge on Italian cuisine and my palette lol!
