I had actually sworn off men and was actively looking for a girlfriend when we met at a club in downtown Nashville and we immediately started dating. He was just so easy to talk to, and he was a sexy soldier so I was swoon LOL..A handful of funny dates later I moved in with him and he proposed right about a year into it. If we're chosen for interviews, I'd be happy to give the juicy/funny/embarrassing details 😄
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are just so many, but what comes to mind most is not so much a "favorite" memory, but one that I find myself thinking about often; and that's when our younger son was born with a heart defect. We spent a lot of time in hospitals getting him better and my husband was my absolute rock through it all. We binged watched game of thrones together in a small hospital bed because we didn't want to be far from our baby. He had heart surgery at just 8 weeks old.
What would you do with $20,000?I imagine it would go towards our mortgage or into savings for any emergencies. Orrrr possibly renew our vows at a destination type wedding, since we were married at a courthouse 😆 We've talked about doing that for our 20 year anniversary. I'd love to wear a wedding dress and have actual wedding photos <3
