How did your love story begin?

He lived in Florida at the time and we talked on the phone every day for hours talking about anything we could think of. We grew close & our bond strengthened even being 1,300 miles apart. I think we both came to the realization that we were meant to be together. And one day he told me he was going to marry me but of course I didn’t believe him. But soon after he asked me to marry him by the Indian River on a very cold night and that was the beginning of our 9 years long love story to this day.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory by far is our trip to Las Vegas in 2017! It was my husband’s first time there, we got married on 2/14 at the Chapel of the Bells on the Strip and it served as our honeymoon, a 3 for 1 if you will. But 1 month later we found out we were pregnant so we ended up with a lifetime souvenir, so a 4 for 1. And this saying “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” didn’t pertain to us. And that is ok cause it’s us and our jellybean and we couldn’t be happier!

What would you do with $20,000?

I know this sounds cliché but we would definitely pay off our daughters’ medical bills. She was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Type 2 in October 2025. She currently sees 10 different doctors and specialists for her disease and has to have two MRIs, one for kidneys the other for her brain, every year and that’s for the rest of her life. And anything we’d have left over, we would love to take her on a Disney cruise.
