Our love grew in loss, not comfort. While he rebuilt his life and I grieved my father, we chose each other and became stronger together.

We met online and started as friends, but life quickly brought us closer. In 2022, Hurricane Ian took almost everything from my husband, while around the same time my dad became very sick and needed help with his business. In that same hard season, my then boyfriend, stepped in and quietly helped carry the load. Through loss, grief, and change, we grew closer and stronger together. My dad passed just weeks before our wedding, and through it all, our faith and love have gently held us together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory together is our wedding day. It wasn’t about us as individuals, but about a beautiful and sacred union between us, God, and our commitment to each other and our faith. It was a day filled with peace, meaning, and love in its purest form. After the ceremony, we were surrounded by all of our loved ones at our reception, celebrating with so much joy, laughter, and endless dancing. It was the perfect blend of deep meaning and pure happiness. One we will always cherish.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were to win $20,000, we would use it to help us take the next step toward our forever home. It would bring us closer to creating a stable, loving space where we can grow our family and build our future together.
