We met while cruising the strip in our hometown. We chatted at the library, and our first date was a church mass and followed by a picnic at a reservoir. He was my everything in a time I needed support the most. Through the years, we have committed to working through whatever life has dealt us. In addition, he is 9 years sober this summer, putting his family first to create an even better life for us.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite part of our marriage is the here and now. After 28 years of marriage I can honestly say that I’m taken care of, loved, and adored more than any other point of our marriage. We have grown to respect and appreciate what we have and we are truly best friends. It wasn’t always this way- you have good years and bad. We have worked through the tough times, and I’m so glad.
What would you do with $20,000?We would likely pay off some debt and treat ourselves to a “Notebook” vacation, as he is truly someone who has treated me like Allie. I’m so fortunate.
