How did your love story begin?

In college. It was truly love at first sight. Our first date started from sun down to sun up of just talking and getting to know each other. Right after we both knew this was something special and spent every moment we could together between school and work. We both knew what we wanted and decided why wait to get married. 4 months of dating I proposed to her in a row boat on the pond with my ukulele singing I wanna marry you from the wedding singer. Less than two months after that we got married

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

After 12 years it’s really hard to pick. Our favorite memory isn’t just one moment—it’s the life we’ve built together. From falling in love and getting married within six months to growing our family through adoption, welcoming one of our own, and spending five years in foster care, every chapter has been unforgettable. Through the chaos, laughter, and challenges, we’ve always had each other. Looking back, our greatest memories aren’t the places we’ve been, but the family and love we’ve created.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning $20,000 would give our family the chance to make memories we’ll treasure forever. We’d take our kids on a dream vacation they’ve only imagined—exploring new places, trying new adventures, and spending uninterrupted time together. After years focused on foster care, adoption, work, and raising our family, this trip would be a chance to celebrate how far we’ve come and create memories that will last a lifetime.
