We first met in church in 2020 while ministering at the same event, then went our separate ways. In 2022, God reunited us at RCCG’s Light Up Dallas. Yemi’s kindness stood out, and on the event day he jokingly asked, “Since you’re not married, will you marry me?” Three months later we started dating, and after 1 year and 3 months he asked again—this time with a ring, and my answer was yes. I’m forever grateful God aligned our paths and led me straight to you.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our first trip to Las Vegas together, where we created special memories as a couple and the day my husband officially came to ask my parents for their blessing to marry me, it was a meaningful moment that marked the beginning of our journey toward marriage and showed his love, respect, and commitment to my family.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning the $20,000 would allow us to invest in our future together while giving to our family back home in Nigeria and growing our family, support ministry that has shaped our journey, and bless those in need through acts of generosity. This prize wouldn’t just change our lives but the lives of others that are dependent on us, it will strengthen our purpose in ministry.
