How did your love story begin?

We met at a crossfit gym where Bobby was one of my coaches. What started with workouts and friendly competition turned into late-night conversations, including one about my Yorkie, Tank, that neither of us wanted to end. Between cheering each other on in the gym and supporting each other through life, we became best friends. The place that made us stronger physically ended up bringing us together forever.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Getting married in a blizzard! We got to celebrate our love surrounded by all the people who mean the most to us, despite the snow. The very next day, we packed up the car and drove 13 hours to start our honeymoon adventure. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was perfectly us—laughing through the chaos, singing along to music, and making memories every mile. It captured our relationship perfectly: no matter what comes our way, we face it together and never let anything stand in our way.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we had $20,000, we’d put it toward buying a home and building the future we’ve always dreamed of together. Navigating Kelli’s lupus diagnosis has taught us to appreciate every moment and never take our health, time, or each other for granted. More than anything, we want a place to call our own where we can grow our family, make memories, and continue building a life filled with love, laughter, and resilience.
