Our love story started at the gym. I knew his 3rd cousin and he asked me if I wanted to go to a party I asked who for? He said my now husbands. I said I wasn’t going unless invited and he did. we met at that party. he came up behind me and danced with me. we became inseparable since. little did we know. we’d been around each other our whole lives. went to the same school for 2 years and the same places, knew the same people. But, didn’t meet until the time was right

My favorite memory is the day he proposed. He always knew my favorite flowers were sunflowers. So, we went to a place called gallerin farms. It’s a little farm people go to in fall to go pumpkin picking and ride hay rides. We had been there before so he knew he had a flower field. We searched for it and couldn’t find it at first. Then we found it and took pictures in the field. I turned around to pick a sunflower to put in my hair. Then I turned and there he was. And he asked me to marry him.

We would flip our first home to sell it and make a profit to put a down payment on our forever home to start our family. We would also finally go on a honeymoon. Our house would be filled with a family that knows love, laughter, protection and strength, because we aren’t joining two families we’re creating our own.
