How did your love story begin?

We actually started out as friends. We both played basketball, so we talked all the time and were always joking around. Funny enough, he went on a few dates with my best friend before we ever got together. I honestly thought we were just friends until he told her he was interested in me. Years later, she ended up being my maid of honor, and we still laugh about it today!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I don’t think we could narrow it down to just one moment. We’ve shared plenty of highs and lows over the years. Our wedding day was incredible—celebrating in a beautiful field surrounded by more than 400 of our closest friends and family was unforgettable. Honestly, some of our favorite moments are the simple ones: sharing a meal, watching TV, or just sitting together. When you’ve found the right person, it doesn’t take anything extraordinary you can simply enjoy being in each other’s company.

What would you do with $20,000?

This may sound cheesy, but if we won $20,000 we’d use it to start a business focused on bringing people together. We love hospitality and creating experiences, and some of our favorite memories come from time with friends and family, sharing meals and celebrating milestones. We believe experiences are what people remember most. We’d want to create a space where people can gather, connect, and make memories. It wouldn’t be about things, but building something meaningful together.
