I left my job of 15 years working at a book store to take on a new adventure working at a automobile repair shop. First day I met the lead mechanic and it was an immediate attraction. Within 4 months we started dating. I just celebrated my 7th year working at the shop, which we now own together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Almost 6 years into our relationship, a year after we were married, and a natural disaster (Hurricane Helene) destroying our Western North Carolina town, we finally had our first real vacation together! Vegas! We spent the week playing in the 2025 APA World Pool Championships. A sport that we love and enjoy playing together.
What would you do with $20,000?Besides trying to take our second vacation together, we would invest it into repairing our home and property.
