We’ve weathered storms, chased sunsets, shared adventures, and still choose each other every day—best friends, partners, forever.
We would like to thank you for supporting The Lynch's in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We first met as teenagers and shared many of the same friends, but we ran in different circles and never dated. Years later, after we had both gone through divorces, we reconnected and spent a year and a half together before life took us in different directions. Eighteen years later, fate brought us back together. This time, the timing was right. What began as a friendship grew into a lasting love story, proving that sometimes the best things in life are worth waiting for
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? One of our favorite memories is a photo Emmit captured without me knowing. We were in the delivery room meeting our granddaughter for the first time. I was leaning over, completely focused on our newborn granddaughter, while my daughter laid in the background watching me. The photo captured three generations in one unplanned moment—our granddaughter, our daughter, and me. It wasn’t posed, but it perfectly reflects the love, family, and connection we cherish most.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we’d take our family to Disney World. As a single mom, I could never afford to give my daughters the Disney trip they dreamed of when they were children. Now that they’re adults, I’d love to finally give them that experience. Sharing the magic with them and our grandchildren would be a dream come true. The memories, laughter, and time together would be something our family would cherish forever
