Connect How did your love story begin?

I was in the Army. We met at Ft. Hood, Texas. She was attending college at East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania. She came to Ft. Hood to visit a high school friend of hers who was married to a man I worked with. Her friend approached me and told me she'd be visiting and asked if I'd like to entertain her while she was in Tx. We met outside of my barracks on 20 March 1993. We got married November 1994.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memories are being present for the birth of all 4 of our kids (I say "my" because she was obviously there... LOL!). Our kids are our greatest accomplishment. Nothing we'll ever do in life will top the success and fun we've had watching our 4 babies grow into functioning adults. Being there for them through all the glories as well as the heart breaks has molded us as a couple just as it has molded them as adults.

What would you do with $20,000?

My wife and I dream of starting a Holistic Wellness Center focusing on the individual's complete health (Mental, physical, spiritual, emotional). When all 4 are in balance, no dis-ease can be present in the body. We want to teach people how to heal themselves. We want to help people understand that they are soooo much more powerful than they have been led to believe. Our goal is to raise the vibration of humanity one person at a time.
