Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began on August 3, 2019, when Grant was 21 and I was 20. We met at a mutual friend’s housewarming party and instantly connected. As we talked, we discovered something neither of us expected—we had actually been in the same first-grade class years earlier. After all that time, life brought us back together when the timing was finally right. Today, we’re happily married and reminded every day that the best things in life often begin when you least expect them.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Nothing compares to our wedding day. Standing hand in hand, promising forever in front of our family and friends, felt like time stood still. Every chapter of our story led to that moment. Walking back down the aisle as husband and wife, knowing we had found our forever, is a memory we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. It’s the day our favorite love story officially became our family.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning $20,000 would give us an incredible start to married life. We’d put it toward our home, build a strong financial foundation for our future, and create lasting memories on our honeymoon. It would give us the opportunity to begin this new chapter with less financial stress and more freedom to focus on what matters most—building a loving home, growing our family, and creating a lifetime of memories together.
