How did your love story begin?

We met at 18 at Georgia Southern and fell in love at first sight. Our journey took us from Georgia to Hawaii, where we managed luxury vacation estates and acres of tropical gardens. There we got married and soon after welcomed our first child. While expecting our third, we settled on six acres in North Carolina, started our own business, raising our four children, grow our own food, and love spending our days biking, skating, surfing, playing soccer and baseball—falling deeper in love every day.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories is from our year in a cabin at Kōkeʻe State Park on Kauaʻi. We’d walk to a quiet overlook above Waimea Canyon, lie together in the soft grass, and take in the colorful cliffs, kukui trees, waterfalls, drifting clouds, and the ocean on the horizon. Time seemed to stand still there. Those peaceful moments reminded us how beautiful life could be together, and they’ll always hold a special place in our hearts.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning $20,000 would help us move into a larger home for our growing family. As our four children get older, they’re quickly outgrowing the space we have. This gift would help with moving expenses, a down payment, or furnishing a home where our kids can continue making memories. It would be an incredible blessing and give our family room to grow, dream, and build our next chapter together.
