We met in 2009 while we were both on vacation in Disney World. Nolan, from Seattle, and Kate, from New Jersey, went our separate ways after the trip thinking it was a fling. We decided to visit each other after the trip and dated long distance for a year until Nolan moved across the country to be with Kate. Many years and a few moves later, we now live in the greater Orlando area right outside of Disney, bringing it all full circle!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Since we have been together for 17 years there are SO MANY to choose from. But I think our favorite memory was moving to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. We both quit our jobs and moved with a dream to live the island life. We experienced 2 category 5 hurricanes, and a pandemic, but met some of the most amazing people, some who have become family for life, and made some of the most amazing memories.
What would you do with $20,000?After 17 years together we are finally getting married!! We would book our dream honeymoon. We don’t travel as much as we used to and this would give us the opportunity to go see Europe and experience countries we have on our must see list! (And maybe another Disney park or two!)
