We will be celebrating 30 years of marriage this year and 35 years together and we still like each other the best.

His roommate kept asking me out but I wasn’t interested and then I thought, ‘hey just give him a chance’ so I agreed to meet up at a shared friend’s party. When my now husband walked in and saw me he thought ‘I hope that’s not the girl Edgar is here to see’ but it was. And we’ve been together ever since. And don’t worry - we’re still friends with Edgar.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Tie between our honeymoon, which was my first trip to Europe, and night diving to see manta rays on the big island of Hawaii. Also pretty fond of watching him take naps loaded down with the dog and cat on top of him.
What would you do with $20,000?It’s our 30th anniversary and his 60th birthday this year so I would love to take him on an over the top vacation to celebrate all the tribulations we’ve overcome and the love we have shared.
