We met later in life and spend every day reminding eachother it was worth the wait. We laugh, we sing, we eat, we travel, but man do we love
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
As most modern couples do, we met on-line. Hinge. We decided to meet rather quickly, only chatting a few times on the app. Fast forward a month or so, I blew out a tire in my new car. The first person I thought to call was Patrick. I called him and asked for his assistance and he showed up for me. While my car was being worked on he took me to brunch. He kept it friendly and kept me calm. I felt safe with him, like he's got me. It was that day I knew I wanted to see him forever.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? When we made the joint decision for Patrick to take a chance on a new job. It was our first "we" and not "me" moment, when we took a leap of faith as a family. There's something indescribable about reaching for a better life together, united and hopeful, and working together to make our dreams a reality.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use $20,000 for travel expenses to visit with our older parents and siblings, all of which are all out of state (NJ, VT, LA, FL). We recognize that our time here is limited and would love to be afforded more time with the ones we love.
