Our love story began at senior prom ‘01. We went to the dance as friends, and quickly learned we weren’t “just friends” material. 6 months after prom, Eddie proposed. Two years to the date after that fateful prom, we got married at 20 years old! 4 kids, 3 dogs, several moves (one of those halfway across the county), and many career changes later- we’re still going strong and still each others best friend
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My husband is a die hard Philadelphia eagles fan, and I’m a Houston Texans fan! We were able to go to a game when they played each other in 2018. It was my first live NFL game! Another favorite memory (also centered around football) was attending the Eagles Super Bowl parade early in 2018. The energy was amazing, and I was happy to experience that together.
What would you do with $20,000?For starters: We’d finally take a real honeymoon! We were 2 broke kids when we got married and could only manage a few days off from our jobs. We spent those couple of days at the Delaware beaches (an hour and a half from our home at the time). Another possibility would be a family vacation/vow renewal with all of our kids (who are mostly adults now).
