Connect How did your love story begin?

We actually met through Tinder back in Costa Rica 10 years ago, wildly enough. Started casual but instantly the chemistry was strong. We dated for a little bit but he had to return to the USA. We remained in contact over the years, she moved to Canada, and decided to meet again after we continued to hold that love and appreciation for one another. Once we hung out again, instant reconnection. 4 years later of long distance and here we are, engaged and going through the process to live together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Without a doubt, all of our roadtrips and improvised campings; each one of them bringing us closer and letting us dive deeper into one another’s true self. I mean, driving over 11 hours in a vehicle together is not an easy task if you dont have the chemistry and friendship. It really showed us the dynamic of what we can be together, and truly enjoy every single one of them. We wouldn't change those trips for the world.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d love to give an answer on something that would impact the world, but in all honesty, it would be a huge help in kick starting our future together. The paperwork and applications, the trips while we wait to shorten the distance, to help our elderly cat have a smooth transition, and to help with our wedding plans. Essentially it would help us be us, to see each other, our families in both Florida and Costa Rica, and then finally, the ability to say I DO on the beaches of Florida.
