During COVID, Bridget traveled from Denver to Vail to visit a friend—but her friend never shared the condo number or answered her phone. After searching in the cold, Bridget finally knocked on the right door. Will, who wasn’t expecting anyone and thought she might be the police, answered with his dog, Fletcher, by his side. He invited her in, and what began as a one-month trip became a lifetime together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We bought a bare 1989 Blue Bird All American school bus we found on Facebook Marketplace, tossed in a few pieces of furniture, bought a Starlink, and turned it into our home on wheels. For six weeks we worked remotely while traveling the West Coast—from California to Canada. Exploring new places together is our favorite adventure, and that bus proved home isn’t a place—it’s wherever we’re together.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put the $20,000 toward a home closer to our families with a little land. Our dream is to raise our children where they can run barefoot in the grass, help care for animals, and grow up surrounded by nature. We were both lucky enough to have that kind of childhood, and we want to give our kids the same opportunity to make those memories together.
