Dance brought us to each other. Eddie and I met in LA in 2016 through his cousin Jamal, while Eddie was in town for work. I was settling into my new career as a professional dancer while struggling to navigate the dating world. On the way to brunch, Jamal said he had to ‘pick up’ his cousin lol. It was beef at first sight, we didn’t really get along! But after countless hours of talking, we hit it off, and became really good friends. 4 years married, and we were set up all along.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Eddie planning the perfect proposal because he got everyone I love involved it was a Christmas to remember. All of our travel adventures together especially seeing the pyramids and temples in Egypt it was so spiritual.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d put the money toward a baby and house fund, to start growing our family. We also have a new creative series about love that we’d like to help fund production costs for. Beyond that, we’d love to donate to a non-profit in the Caribbean and put together a giveaway/dance care package for one of our followers.
