We met at Bible college. I had heard that he was engaged to one of my friends, so when he introduced himself to me, I was completely surprised. I had no idea they had already broken up. Yet in that very moment, God whispered to my heart that this was the man I would marry. I remember standing there, amazed and confused, unable to understand how that could possibly be when I believed he still belonged to someone else.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?That summer became one of the sweetest seasons of our lives. We laughed, dreamed, prayed, and fell even more in love. Every moment together seemed to confirm what God had spoken to my heart from the very beginning. We became engaged in June of 1993 and were married on August 16, 1993. We dated for only four months, yet those few months contained enough love, faith, and certainty to last a lifetime.
