Our love story began in the U.S. Navy. We were both young and on our own for the first time. From the moment we connected at our first duty station in Pearl Harbor, we knew that we were exactly what each other wanted and needed. Each day is a reminder of this; that we keep each other balanced and that it is more than love, but dedication that bonds us together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory of us as a couple, is our first kiss. I was still a new sailor, and hasn't received a barracks room yet, therefore I still lived in the ships berthing. Right before we parted ways when he walked me back to our ship, he kissed me before I went back down to the berthing and I remember as vividly as if it happened yesterday.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, Allen and I would have enough money to put towards our first home, and for our first child that we plan on conceiving in August of 2026. We are both dedicated, passionate, and hard working in our respective fields and the economic state of the U.S. is severely effecting our generation. This money would give us a head start on funding major life decisions like buying our first home and providing for our first child.
