We met in College. His cousin was dating my friend. He came to the table to speak to her and I noticed he was taking the same Math class I would need to take the next semester. We talked briefly. He gave his phone number to my friend to give to me. I called him later that day and we have been talking ever since. That was November of 1991. He also took the math class the next semester again just to be in class with me!!! We made it official on Dec. 6, 1991. Married on Sept. 20, 1997.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Going to Hawaii to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. We didn't have a honeymoon, so this was technically our honeymoon. We drove the entire island of Oahu. We tasted fresh pineapple from a pineapple farm, ate fresh shrimp cooked on the side of the rode, and swam with sea turtles. We also attended a Luau and watched them pull a whole pig out of the ground that we ate and watched the show.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the money to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, which is September 20, 2027.
