Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began at a bank. I was rushing in while talking on the phone, focused on work—until our paths crossed. Jasmine looked up from behind the counter, our eyes met, and we shared a smile. In that brief moment, something shifted for both of us. There was an instant connection—warm, genuine, and impossible to ignore. From that day on, we were both intrigued, and our hearts have been moving forward together ever since.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory is our very first trip together to Stony Point, Virginia. We had tickets to see Ender’s Game at CineBistro, so we spent the afternoon walking the shops. We wandered into Tiffany & Co. and found ourselves talking about our future together. We laughed when the salesperson asked when we were getting married—it happened everywhere we went. Long before we knew it ourselves, everyone else could already see we were meant to be.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d use the $20,000 to help make our dream a reality by giving us the opportunity to expand our family. We have so much love to give, and making my wife’s dream of becoming a mother is worth more to me than anything. Cancer took away Jasmine’s ability to carry a child, but it never took away her dream of becoming a mother and as we move toward starting the process of IVF the money would truly help cover those expenses.
