It’s one of a kind because it’s ours, built on the love Christ showed us. Only we will know how we bestow that on each other every day.
We would like to thank you for supporting The Browns in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Our love story began 18 hours apart from our final home. I was in Maryland, and she was in New Mexico. For years we lived as complete strangers across the country. Then God placed it on both of our hearts to move, and without knowing each other, we both chose Minnesota in July 2025. We started attending the same church that October, and on November 6, I asked her out. What looked like coincidence was God’s perfect plan all along.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory will always be the day we met. He nervously walked over while I was standing with my friends at church, then awkwardly turned around and walked away. His friends immediately started hyping him up, making such a scene that I couldn’t help but laugh. Seeing me smile gave him the courage to try again. He walked back over, asked me to go bowling, and just like that, our story began. Of course, I said yes.
What would you do with $20,000?Probably use it on our soon coming first child! Then maybe go on a honey moon. We didn’t get a chance to do that because we both weren’t in the best financial state. With me just buying the house and her still paying off her car and not having a high paying job.
