Back in September of 2014 we met on okcupid and I contacted him first. What drew my attention to him was his crane pose on a large rock. We decided to meet at his work at the Rainier bar and grill in enumclaw. So I drove and he cooked me teriyaki flank steak, broccolini and twice baked potatoes. I had previously told him to cook me whatever. Most of the steak went into a napkin because I didn't want to ruin our first meet by saying I don't like steak lol. He didn't find out until a year later
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I am a war veteran and so years after being together I finally decided to open up to him about my trauma. We rented a pedal boat and went out on the lake. I explained all of the reasons for my PTSD and told him he is the first person besides a therapist that I ever was telling this information. He held me and listened and said he doesn't see me any different, just stronger and he still loves me. That meant the world. We became so much closer after that.
What would you do with $20,000?Pay off debt, take a long overdue vacation and see family. My dad died two years ago and now my mom lives in Arizona. The last time all of us kids and her were together was my dad's funeral. So it would be nice to have us all together again. My dad made us promise to keep the family together and I want to honor that. My husband's family moved 2 hours away so we would go visit them as well.
