On a hot summer Sunday in August, Elyssa was working her last bartending shift. Nick showed up on a friends motorcycle and bothered Elyssa during her whole shift until finally, during closing, Nick stole her stations cleaning bottle and stated he would only give it back if she answered one question.. “Will you go to dinner with me?” Elyssa’s first thought was “well, girl’s gotta eat!” Two weeks later, Nick moved into her house, 10 months later they were engaged and 4 months after that married!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have too many! Anything where we are spending time doing what we love together - be it hanging with our dogs, cruising on the bike, relaxing on our boat, or just sitting in the back yard of our home.
What would you do with $20,000?As much as Nick would love to say use it to build his dream garage, we would most likely invest some towards our retirement and use the rest towards a dream trip to Japan. Both of us have been talking about going for years and we would love to enjoy the food, travel the landscape and experience the culture!
