He’s my best friend! I lost my mom to cancer this year in February and he’s been my rock through all of it. We have the best kind of love!

I had just moved to Mississippi from California, started a new job, met a coworker who told me “all the greatest men are on bumble” so I took a shot in the dark that day downloaded my profile and that same week I swiped right on Brent. We went on our first date a few days later and have been stuck at the hip ever since. We were engaged and married within one year. We packed up and moved our lives to Nashville, Tennessee in December 2025.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding, he proposed in November 2025 a couple weeks after we found out my mom had stage four terminal cancer. After he proposed, we went into overdrive and planned the entire wedding within a month. We were married on January 5, 2025 and it was the best day. It was small and just our close family and friends. Now we have all these wonderful photos of our wedding day with our families, my mom included, and we’re so grateful for that. So many memories.
What would you do with $20,000?Our original wedding plan was to elope, and have a honeymoon. We never got to have one. We paid for the wedding ourselves and couldn’t afford a trip too. It would be so amazing if we could finally take a honeymoon!
