We met in college, our roommates were friends and it turned out we were all in the same biology class freshmen year, which meant study group! We were both biology majors and pre-med at the time so it gave us an excuse to talk to each other and study together. Our group kept hanging out and we both got to know each other more. He started to watch a Spanish soap opera I mentioned I really liked so he had something else to talk to me about.10 years later we’re happily married and have our baby boy.

For a few years our favorite memory as a couple was our first trip as husband and wife; our honeymoon to Hawaii. However, now that we have our baby boy; we love being able to witness his first milestones. So far, our favorite memory we’ve shared as a couple is seeing him crawl to us and pull himself up. We get so excited when he learns something new and we feel very grateful to be able to experience it together.

We would use it towards paying our school loans. We both received a bachelors degree from UC Irvine. He then completed a Respiratory Therapist program and I received my Masters Degree. Being able to use the money towards that would be very helpful.
