Our love story started when Curtis responded to my ad on Love@AOL. At first, the timing wasn’t right for me. Later, it wasn’t right for Curtis. But one day, our timing was finally perfect. That chance connection became a lifetime of love, laughter, and partnership. More than 23 years later, we’re still grateful that everything happened exactly when it was meant to.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our wedding day 17 years ago. Surrounded by the people we love, we promised to stand by each other through every joy and challenge. It wasn’t just the day we said “I do”—it was the beginning of the incredible life we’ve built together. Looking back, we’d choose each other all over again.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won America’s Favorite Couple and the $20,000 prize, we’d renovate our kitchen—the heart of our home. Cooking together is one of our greatest joys, and a new kitchen would give us the perfect space to create meals, make memories, and gather with family and friends. It would be an investment in the moments we cherish most: sharing great food, laughter, and time with the people we love.
